Dual balance inquiry gives ATM customer more choice

Dual balance inquiries will soon be available at many ATMs. A dual balance inquiry allows the customer to check the balance in all of their accounts at one time. This update puts your ATM on the leading edge of this new technology!
We will soon be updating software on all of our Genmega and Tranax ATMs utilizing our remote monitoring software (RMS). With the software update, we can then enable the dual balance inquiry function.
As a business owner, there is nothing we need for you to do. This software update is complimentary for using our RMS.
