Genmega releases ATM support app

Genmega — the manufacturer of Genmega, Hantle, and Tranax ATMs — released a Genmega Support App for IOS phones. The Android version is coming soon.

Genmega is making life easier for those in the Retail ATM Market. See an error on your ATM display and don’t know what to do? This app allows users to search or browse error codes and see a description along with suggestions for how to resolve the error.

There are also links to the ATM AP Operator Manual as well as contact links and use of the camera to send photos directly to Genmega Support.

The Error Code data displayed in the app can be updated at any time by us without requiring updating the app – and we will continue to add more tips and photos as we move forward.
