Thinking of upgrading your ATM, give the Onyx a look

Working trade shows and taking phone calls, one question always seems to come up when talking with potential customers. We routinely get asked, “What ATM do you recommend?”

Our current answer is the Genmega Onyx. In August, one of our customers in Sioux City, Iowa, replaced an old Triton ATM with an Onyx. Since then, the new ATM has had a 16% increase in withdrawal transactions and a 95% increase in total transactions!

In our experience, the Onyx has great value and a strong performance record. It comes with a large 10.1-inch display as well as a reflective front bezel panel for customer security. The standard package also includes a 1,000-note removable cassette, electronic lock, and the ability to do custom onscreen advertisements.

In addition, the Onyx can handle all the robust capabilities of our remote monitoring system (RMS). RMS allows us to do software updates remotely, pull journals remotely to handle disputes, keep your EMV AID list up to date, and load custom images to your ATM. Plus, we do all of this for free as long your ATM is processing with us.

This ATM also has the ability to sell bitcoin and gift cards, and comes with a manufacturer’s 2-year parts warranty.

The ATM price for the standard package installed is $2,575 or $2,275 if you install, and we remotely program the ATM.
