Has your ATM’s software been updated?
Last week, Premier began updating the software on all Genmega, Tranax, and Hantle ATMs processing over the internet. If you’re ATM’s software has been updated, you’ll see the software version (pictured) on the Operator Function screen after logging into the ATM.
Software updates are important to ensure your ATM’s EMV list is up to date, and so your ATM can benefit from new features included in the update.
With our remote monitoring service, Premier routinely updates ATM software for free. However, the ATM must be processing over the internet or a cellular box in order to do a remote software update.
